This blush costs £3.49 from boots, but I'm not sure how much product is actually included as it doesn't say anywhere on the package or the boots website... though size-wise the pot is about the same size as an MUA single eyeshadow (2g), or a Natural Collection Duo Eyeshadow (5g) Either way I think this is pretty good value :)
The packaging of this is brilliant, it's oddly light (I think due to light-weight plastic, the eye shadows are the same) but still nice and sturdy- I've travelled with this a couple of times and it's remained perfectly intact- and I really like the screw top lid, it makes it easy to open and close whilst practically impossible to open itself in your make up bag.
The blush itself is also lovely, it's a really really soft powder (not in a 'too much fall-out' or 'messy messy' way though) which is well pigmented and very easy to blend- a fantastic formula, better than the e.l.f. and MUA blushes I've previously reviewed (though I do think those are also great!)
I think it's more plummy in real life, but you get the idea! |
The shade is a lovely pinkish plum which is great for winter- it is matte with some (very small, definitely not glittery) shimmery particles (which sounds weird, but I'm sure it's true). There are 4 other shades (in a good range of typical blush colours) and I would happily own them all!
What are your thoughts on the 17 blushers? I've you've not tried one yet I think you should, they are well worth it :)
